Mine:

Doubt you will need new calipers, just clean them up and paint them. They are expensive to replace so if they dont need replacing then leave them. I had one rear caliper replaced as it seized and that alone was over £100! Apart from that the setup sounds good.

I just popped into my local renault parts department and they did it for free :O

I took the front bumper and grille off. The light was held in by 4 screws. Think I had to loosen the wing a little too to get it off.

If you take the light off you can cut away a lot of plastic from underneath it and then position the feeds right behind the vent.

Ye the badge on the bonnet had 3 pins on it. Put some tape around it to protect the paint work then use a screwdriver or similar wrapped in a cloth to prise it off :)

Im about 200 miles off 72k too! Had most things replaced though so only a minor service for mine :)

Looked better before IMO.

Dont worry the sportlines only lower by around 20-30mm on a sport, not 50mm like it says.

Its definately the TDC or fuel sensor as mentioned above. Had exactly the same problem on mine.

I had this problem about a year ago. It was a sensor, think it was the fuel pump sensor or something. Dont know the name might be the TDC sensor as mentioned above.

I was going to do this, but took the Renault badge on and it was held on by 3 pins. Quite annoying as it decided to snap into 3 pieces at the same time. Mines a phase 1.

I just had the gearbox mount on mine changed (the one under the battery), gear change is so much better now. Could be an idea to change that one.

Its a good idea to masking tape round the repeater to protect the paint a bit more.

Nice one! Hope you have fun fitting it all. You might find that the jubilee clips dont really work on the CAF as its very strong though.

It sounds bloody good :) really wallows when you floor it. I removed the headlight and cut away a lot of the plastic that was underneath it to give better airflow. The feeds come out just behind where the intake in the front bumber is just underneath the headlight. Whole lot including filter...
