It was a mk1 silver 172, I dont pay the guys road tax or insurance its not my car, its not my money, but it looked OTT, this car did not have the washer jets that was a mk2 (not a 172) full of ice and noens built for sound not speed.

try this one, i have been told that you must just keep rubbing the polish with a cloth then it comes off, I cant see this working but its worth a try. WD40 can damage some plastics so be careful.

I have fitted a 90mm hose from under the towing eye to the end of the second air intake, this has a damper on the end that must open up at high revs, you have to remove the wheel and the gaurd under the wheel arch to get to it. Im still waiting for the BMC panel filter to drop in, but it seems...

Geoff, Wests of Cambridge had a large fine this year from trading standards for charging for parts they did not fit. The fine was just a small cost against the money made from ripping people off.
