    iMac fusion or extra ram?

So fusion is worth the extra £170 & more worth while than an extra 8gb of ram? Sticking with the 21 as don't need 27. Had 27 screen at work & always felt I could not get far enough away?

    LCD, Plasma or LED?

DO not base your judgement on viewing in a shop as images are boosted & dynamic. Plasma is still king. Viewing angles are awesome, blacks unmatched etc etc.

    (another) MX-5!

Re drains I use one of those plastic coated curtain springs. I use a small funnel & watering can to flush mine out every few months. Put a bowl underneath, supprising what rubbish flushes out.

    which tyres are best?

You really need 2 sets. 1, super sticky for fast road & track use (Mar-Oct). 2, winter tyres (Nov-Feb/Mar) as nothing comes close to these in the wet or cold weather.

    (yet another) MX5!

Did the springs & Rodders told me you will be back for a coilover kit, as usual he was not wrong. They make the car 'look' good, see my build thread on Nutz. On track the limits soon become apparent & on road day to day items like speed ramps can become a pain. I even had uprated ARB's to try &...

    (yet another) MX5!

Don't bother with spacers just get better offset wheels. Don't bother with springs as you will ruin the ride & end up crashing on speed ramps, you may boff on bumpy roads due to seasickness ;)

Federal RSR 595 tyres falling to pieces

The amount of grip for what you pay is why these are a no brainer. I don't know of many tyres that switch on straight away like these do. You can come out on track & hammer it down craners at Donington from the off no warm up. Supprising good in the wet as well.

Federal RSR 595 tyres falling to pieces
