    Fuel Injector stuck on Trophy

Take it to Mick at diamond motors at the other end of the m42/a42. He is the man when it comes to this electrical shizzle

    Fuel Injector stuck on Trophy

I'm doubting the ecu failing. Personally never known one to fail.

    Dan@SJM's 1720v cup.

Gear cables are all fine, done by cable-tec in the end. Bit expensive and because of the outer cable they've used its lost some of its flexibility, which means my original routing now doesn't work, so I'll need to address that next.

    Dan@SJM's 1720v cup.

Gear cables are back. Booked in this week with my welder fab guy to make the centre console for the selector tower and switch panel etc. And hopefully enough time to get the hard piping done on the intercooler. On another note, the bilsteins have been sold, and I've purchased these..

    itb cooling issue?

If the temp isn't getting hot then the fan won't kick in. You have to run then for AGES before the fan will Kick in.

Yes provided the bolts come undone. Tbh a snap on torx bit is worth its weight in gold for this job

    The life of... SharkyUK's Trophy

It is. Frank is the ONLY person who I use for gearboxes now.

    Oil sump removal

You can do it by doing as Scott said and raising the engine right up without dropping the subframe. Best off dropping the dogbone off and popping th slam panel out too

I was thinking the same. Power would've saved the slides

    The life of... SharkyUK's Trophy

Car (weather depending!) should be on its way over to Mike tomorrow to have the loom done. Gearbox is off at Avanti but hasn't been inspected yet, (my fault for saying there was no immediate rush on it as he did say he had a few race boxes to get on with for preseason testing)

Why has my engine let go?

Varies a lot tbh, but for these I'm quite happy with winols. Prefer standalone if I'm honest, no checksums to faff about with.

    Amongst other things yes.

Also, FYI, looking at the graph it looks like you're still running the closed loop fuel strategy. If you change that it delivers the power a lot smoother throughout and looses the pre 5k flat spot.

    Yeh, that's the cold limit.

Dyno dynamics do a fixed base losses, so wheel power +15%. Which puts yours at 164 and 166.

It's an inaccurate way of testing really. They run up then let the rollers run down and measures transmission loss. Easy to forge results like this by doing stuff like touching the brakes to get transmission losses up.

That was on cold start enrichment then.

Also the stock limiter is 7200rpm (except 4th and 5th that has a 7000)
