I have been looking at the same. There seem to be two I am interested in. The one you just mentioned for £99 and then a cheaper one for £50

Would the alternator not keep the battery charged up whilst the...
I am trying to use the fancy plates website and can't get a road legal font on their show plate configurator but can't get a 3/4 front when using the legal font. Annoying.
I think most consider the Momo a better boss but the price for the combo was a considerable saving. The OMP wheels seems to be pretty popular and also a good price. I have read a few posts on how to remove the steering wheel. The only bit I am not looking forward to is removing the air bag unit...
I can't stand the standard steering wheel any longer. The melted state makes your hands sticky and black and the thumb sections are all torn and missing.
Anyway this seems like the cheapest most obvious solution:
I went for the 330mm as I felt 300 might just be a little small.
I am after a rear wiper blanking plate. I have seen threads regarding using grommets or filling and sanding the originals but I have seen a carbon fibre bolt on version on eBay.

Are these a good bet? I like the idea but would...
I was going to send a link from eBay but there are literally 100's of items in all different lengths and colours. I just put in "motorcycle screen trim".
Is there any benefit to changing the original throttle body 90 degree for a silicone one? I can only see negatives such as expense, losing the suspension effect of the ribbed section and if you get a cheap 90 you have no breather hose connection.
What I was thinking was to cut a circular sheet of metal and weld a rod to it with a threaded sleeve at the end. Then you could just spin the plate on and off as required to create a flat surface. I would have a protective strip around the sharp edge.
I checked the alignment of the filter and pipe and everything seems to be just fine but as there is some movement I thought I would protect the pipe against the metals work.
The motorcyclists among us may be familiar with the plastic strip you get with aftermarket screens that goes along the...
It was freezing today but that didn't stop me:
I continued stripping the interior as the standard start to any track build:
Found 50p, a house key, a pack of fag papers and plenty of crumbs! Really needs a good Hoover and clean.
More importantly I had to do the clutch as the linkage from...
Nice work. Interior is looking good. I have just started stripping my interior and not sure the best way to tidy up the electrics clipped all over the place. Any tips?
This seat bolt caused an issue as the head rounds with the torx so had to be cut off. I will deal with the remainder some time
Then continued to strip the plastics:
Another late night out in the frost. The stripping has begun!
ISOFIX bar was a tough little sausage to remove with a normal shifter. It was very tight but we managed:
Yacht deck tape would work well. Waterproof and hard wearing.
Or something like this:

Well it was 12:30 in the morning, freezing cold and dark by the time I got home but I went out after the Mrs had gone to bed armed with a socket set, screwdriver and a torch and here we are:
That will keep he engine sounding angry enough until I get the ITB's fitted in a few months.
Could wait until morning so even though it's freezing and dark outside I went out with my torch and jobs a good un:
I must admit the camera flash doesn't make the engine bay look particularly clean! Lol.
Hoping to get mine tomorrow when I see my dad for Christmas. ;)
I will take photos but no point doing sound as the exhaust is blowing that badly it's all you can hear!
Ah well I will just have to drive around with a blowing centre section as I am away for 2 weeks as of the 7th so unless they can post on the 5th and it arrive and be fitted on the 6th.
PMS was my favourite too. Slightly more expensive than the K Tec but looks to have better mounts and also lighter. The Oreca is expensive too.
My current one is blowing like mad at the centre section so is really boomy. How hard are they to fit as I could do with one as soon as possible in the...
Obviously cheaper to buy second hand but they see to hold their value well and you lose your lifetime warranty with some places when you are not the original owner.
