Flocked the dash in my old VTS and Rallye. At the time it was my favorite modification on both the cars, it gave the interior a nicer feel.
Wouldn't do it again though, not since seeing seeing a Suede topped dash fitted to a PH1 sport. This is taken from the guys thread over on...
Little reunion going on in here!!
Whetty - does Azza have a Clio sport now that his ginger 3 stud has become a dedicated hill climb car?! Is he on here as well? Iv not been on "106moaners" for a while now! should really check in
That.sounds.MINT! Not a huge fan of the slash cut, a nice 2.5" rolled out pea shooter would be a nice finish...would really like one to replace my system at some stage! :)
Not sure just yet, summer is fast approaching and iv not been in a position to get anything booked with moving house and getting a new job. If I do attend any it will probably be as a passenger/Photographer now because the rallye got sold a couple of years back and my clio isn't really in a...

I don't plan to use the orange pad. It's not mine for one thing so don't fancy getting it all mucked up with my polish! Iv not placed any orders just yet for anything, just shopping around for the best deals on the things I want/need to refill my car cleaning bag!
- pads (white, green, black)
-...
My dad out it quite well when I was tablet shopping, my criteria was the same as yours. My choices after lots of faffing, reading and actually having a play with them were:
new ipad mini with retina
google nexus 7 two
If money was a big factor the nexus would have won because bang for buck...
Clean your car are out of stock of the black pads at the moment. Where else can I get them from?! Would rather order the lot in one go from one place that people trust, so I can make a good start on the car. :) your help is appreciated, I only ever use clean your car and I'm not sure where else...
Cheers for the reply. So you're saying white would be better than blue!? Iv got some clay and a good shampoo to wash the car off. I will invest in some de tar and ironx when I'm buying the pads as well.

Very over priced. £1400/600 all day long. Any more and you are bing robbed! Don't be put off by the front end respray though, cars get resprayed all the time to correct stone chips or minor scuffs. If you notice the stickers are missing, I would still view the car but just go in with open eyes...
Over the weekend some inconsiderate arse has hit my car and scuffed my rear bumper pretty badly. :quiet: I planned to get my hands on a DAS-6 and go over the car at some stage to get some of the age swirls out but this has forced my hand.
Now I have borrowed a DAS-6 pro, iv never used a DA...
I was going to head along to that but didn't make it in the end! I think I remember seeing your pictures though Ross009, I remember you getting some good ones at Ppc as well when we were there!
Jack
I was on there a fair bit, didn't really do many events or shows with that forum though. Was more involved with the 106 Rallye Register during my ownership of the Rallye's and Saxos. How long did you have the XS for and when were you in the forum? I left in around 2012!
Jack
Ross, I remember you from my 106 days! You were at practical performance car in the park at Mallory Park back in 2011 were you not?! That 106 of yours was brilliant. Glad to see you are still playing around and making fast silly French cars! :p

Looks terrible. I don't know much about the supra, but I like this one...

OOOOOOOWWWWWW! :race:Your car looks built for purpose! Vary show and Go! Im also noticing that price jump...i went form the "spaxo/106 moaners" scene to the Audi scene and the price difference for similar parts was astronomical. I foolishly thought the move to RenaultSport would be better but...
You wont be the first and you will 100% not be the last person to sink 2-3 times the value of the car into modifying it. If the build is half the fun for you then crack on and don't listen to those saying its a waste of money. End of the day, money is there to be spent and if its getting spent...
Bleedin hell! even when you factor in the fitting/labor time of welding the plates in and painting the 106 and delivery of the item it was still around £300-400 shy of that mark! What cage did you fit and to what car?
haha, show cages are terrible! They simply bolted to the seat mounts in the...
"Cheap" and "cage" should never be used in the same sentence unless you are talking about budgerigars! Try looking at "safety device" cages. Had experience fitting these to a few 106's in the past. If memory serves me right they were around the £600 mark for a 12 point front and rear cage with...
... Jumping in on this, the piper exhaust is nice. Didn't like it to start with but it's grown on me now, it doesn't drone as much as it use to now it's bedded in and iv reverted back to the standard airbox! :) looks nice as well!
Thats is exactly what you do. As long as you are reasonable with your target, keep turning them down until you get it!! Iv never been in this situation, and hope I don't ever need to be but iv read plenty of stuff about it to know that holding out for the right settlement is the best course of...
