Your right, going of the water temp is very misleading as the oil temp will be much lower than the water temp. I quickly learnt this when I fitted an oil temp gauge to my old impreza

If you are going to use the standard s**tty jack then please buy some axle stands at least to support the car. If the current alloys are corroded in place they might need a bit of a kick to get them loose - i wouldnt do this with the crappy scissor jack and nothing else supporting the car.

My ktec took a while to bed in. When i first fitted it either it was a massive sound jump from the milltek i had or it was insanely loud - to be honest i hated it at first but over a week or so the sound gradually changed to a more acceptable level. I cant imagine what the Yozza is like.
