How do you find this to use when washing, is there enough pressure??
I have no outside tap or electricity and currently have to use buckets & watering cans - i am always searching for a different option than the current method. I will try ONR one day!
You should be getting some movement as they are designed to move, how much exactly i am not sure. When fitting my exhaust i had problems with fitment and thought a buggered engine mount was the cause of the problem as there was movement. The only way i ruled it out (un-scientifically) was to...
you can guarantee if there is an engine problem they will argue the exhaust does increase BHP - they will always include a clause to allow them the get out of the agreed warranty if you start changing things. Personally i wouldnt change it, enjoy it for what it is.
Surely its not worth the risk!
despite what they say now, the exhaust change which is pretty obvious and cannot be disguised, will give them wriggle room to chin you off.
I would check the small print first before even considering this as the printed word is what they will fall back on
It wouldnt be as simple as that as your spare wheel well is in the way, you would need a custom exhaust place to fabricate that for you as it would probably need to run around it somehow.
Why do you want it centre exit?
Insurance companies annoy me, they have you every which way.
The fact you didn't declare it to your insurance is probably the same decision that the majority of people in the same situation would do as you were not driving at the time and the guy claimed on his own insurance ...
Our right something doesn't sound right, you shouldnt be getting massive amounts of movement from the exhuast when revving (obviously it moves a bit because the engine moves)
Have you rocked your engine from the bay the check your mounts ?
the cat is on a flexi piece to the right of your picture (not shown) therefore it will adjust to your center hanger.
From looking at your picture it is looking as though the original clamp was slightly out fitment wise as its at a slight angle which is also why its leaking.
Hopefully will be going to this, i had an awesome time on the track last year (first one) - despite being the front car and stalling on the green light - oops!
I have always stuck to 32 psi all round on my cars - front and back.
Reading the owners manual the other night i realise it states 29 rear 31 front or something similar
I thought this thread was about gays ?! Haha
Back on topic - has it done this since ? If not it could just be a French electrical gremlin rearing it's head, it may come back , it may not. If its not on all the time then I wouldn't worry
welcome, good choice on the cup!
I ran mine for a while on 15s whilst my turinis were getting refurbed and didnt notice too much difference.
Oh and you will get a bit for your turinis on here if you are removing them to sell
Get a new OE one from renault. You dont want to spend ages messing about at the side of the road getting your cat off, refitting the decat to find its blowing and you have to pull it apart again ;)
You change it every other service ??! Is that not overkill ? What are your service intervals ?
What do you use out of interest ? I want to change mine so am doing a bit of research
Bit of a can of worms this one bud brand wise however the accepted viscosity is 5w 40 fully synthetic.
At present I have gulf competition racing fully synth in mine as it was a good deal at the time from opie oils.
As for where to buy from I bought my previous oils and filters from euro car...
I always hear good things about nightbreakers, i have philips bluevision on mine (they arent blue) and are a mild improvement over standard but nothing major
