its a v6 airbox which is v.similar to a ph1 airbox and will give you a pretty good idea on CAFs etc
a marigold normally gives me enough leverage to do it by hand. however i did have to resort to a chain type tool once on my mates car - it destroyed the filter and only just loosened it before there was no solid surface left to grip
I replaced my system with a milltek cat back a few months ago and I can't stop the blowing from the cat to center pipe joint , I used a new gasket and initially paste but I since changed that to loctite 5920 high temp silicone and it's still blowing ( not as bad)

not if you buy smart, belts & dephaser etc will be under £400 @ a specialist (maybe a bit more becasue of the air con) - all the other bits (bar brakes) are not show stoppers and can be done at a later date
thats expensive - considering the NWP is £62 and only missing the oil. The Evolution stuff is £30 max (£90 all in delivered) - thats without scouting the internet for cheaper prices etc
Plus money on top if you want to do the gearbox oil

It will take you an hour max to do the oil (including letting it all drip out....drip....drip....drip) coolant and spark plugs can be done easily - guides on here
