personally i wouldnt bother - i dont see the point in remaps etc IMHO

the rough on idle could be normal as they seem to suffer from that. Have you checked the heat sheilds are all fixed and correct as this could be causing a buzz/rattle?

the engine & specifically the coil pack area hasnt got wet recently has it?

can anyone advise if the upper engine mount in post #2 looks knackered? Should i have the space either side of teh rubber strips? I have been out to check this mount specifically and when rocking the engine there is slight movement in the engine but this mount is moving quite a bit within that...

The rear mount has been powerflexed so is solid, the centre mount is also new and reinforced with cable ties

Sorry I should have been clearer , the backbox is fouling at the rear as shown in this thread http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?606258-Ktec-supersports-(172) It has been suggested that my mounts could be knackered causing the whole exhaust to sit too far back

Hmm am I best replacing that one first and going from there and seeing if it cures the exhaust issue ?

Well my powerflex mount is doing the same job as the prima and this is how it's sitting It's catching on the underside here Doing my head in now, especially as I have seen quite a few completely hidden :(

Check out eBay for exh008 exhaust mount, it needs a bit of trimming and a hole cutting but it does the job brilliantly. Kev, how visible is yours ?

Could worn engine / dogbone mounts cause this?

still trying to sort this, it seems to be catching on the backbox. System is fully mated up with the cat pipe aswell as being fully on to the center section. I would love to get it completely hidden like the ones above. Ktec are currently looking into this, see below...

It will have a horizontal tailpipe though just hidden under the bumper - is that what you are saying ? If so, don't do it, get a pattern part off eBay if you must but don't bodge an Evo exhaust on the Clio !
