I run without with the tyre weld, as Renault intended really. I initially thought about getting a spare (& have a spare set) but don't see the point in carrying one about - its all about the weight :)
Just wanted to say cheers Yellow Dave, i saw your guide above and fitted my powerflex exhaust mount to my cup - hopefully should last years and the exhaust is now very stable :) much better than the socket method (which still allows side to side sway) and much more cost effective than the Prima...
It will be worth something, your pictures say 2007 , is the date stamp wrong on your camera ?
If not get some recent pictures as it looks as though there is surface rust in places
Yeah my rear mount has something to do with it, currently got the socket mod bud I am replacing with a powerflex insert to sort that. Along with a bit of adjustment I will hopefully get it completely hidden :)
I left this downloading overnight as it was projecting 5 hours, come to my laptop this morning to find it has restarted to install some windows updates. I plug my iPhone in and nothing....it just asks if I want to download iOS 5
Is there a way of retrieving this download? Or do I have to...
I recommend the ktec stealth , not heard or seen the yozza but they come highly recommended.
Just got a supersport stealth for the cup £295 delivered from ktec (with cs discount)
I have been browsing old threads today re the fitment of the stealth as mine needs a little adjustment, as a result it got me thinking that my backbox is too visible from under the rear bumper.
I would like to see how other peoples sit on a ph2 .....
+1 - took a bit of getting used to but i like it
Bosch plugs are poo & according to others on here NGK are the only ones to use.
Dephaser needs to be done at the same time as the cambelt - might aswell get them all done at once
to be honest i dont think 3/4 plates are worth the risk with the police. Something you need to consider before slapping them on the clio is a potential fine.
that seems fine to me especially if its tyre off jobbie too.
I got mine done for much less than that - however that was my brother who did them :approve:
nice, my bullets have a bit of spotting like that too.
I have seen some very good reviews from mobile wheels refurbishments - worth a try, especially if its your mate - i would be asking him to take the tyres off and do for that price though
