Love them in black, they seem to fetch a bit more ££££ too than the silver. The one I test drove at the weekend had a slight rust patch on the n/s front and o/s rear, very common but easily fixed :)

if they are really rusty and crumbly the best way will be to cut them off I normally persisted with mine until i rounded them and then cut them off

have a look at the exhaust it will be obvious if decatted (you will have a straight pipe rather than a bulbous looking one) As for the tappety sound, change your oil for a decent brand you can afford. Opie Oils have offers on from time to time but are not always the most competitive when...

agreed. Sometimes people are shy of doing a bit of legwork themselves. Look at all the similar posts we have had posted recently about the same thing (not this issue mind)

the people in halfords wont know what size you need, if you go in an ask for a 8mm (i think) adaptor then they will be able to help you :)

The socket adaptor is only £5 from halfords :)

Have a look at the specialists on here, it's nowhere near £1200!
