Not true , please do check your dogbone regularly to see if the mounting bolts are still in good nick. Cases (not many) have been on here where the bolts were ripped out of their threads/gearbox thread  When your taking the flex out of the engine, imagine these torque-forces pulling on...
there are some different wishbones going round .. found out this when i went to change mine.
In the end i only changed the lower balljoint attached to this one as the wishbone itself attached to subframe had no play in it..
there will be a lot of these for sale as a lot of teams made the jump to the 197 .
There is a mint one for sale here in Holland for 13000 euros. Sequential dogbox , alll genuine straight from Dieppe.
Are youi going to make the car road legal mate ? :)
!
when understanding the "Chinese whispers" here i can see the trouble/delay. A LOT of small Chinese businesses have gone broke/bust with this crisis going on.
ahh well; it seemed to good to be true anyway
I have'nt seen BenR on here in a long time either ; where art thou Ben?!
I was also very surprised thay used 5th on your car ..
check your RS tuner results for knock-sensor readings too like Danny said , have Henk tell you you are running safe !
everyone fitting these goodies ; check the dogbonemount bolts / mounting regularly as there have been cases of this one being ripped out of their threads .
I'm not dissing the mounts, i'm going for them next time round also. Just a warning
what Toe are you running ? I got mine a bit In , but lowered the back a little and now it seems to steer in more difficult. A higher back end was better for steer-in.
I'm thinking i must go maybe neutral on Toe ? (no trackdays yet)
(I always found the little Toe-in to give a nice straight -...
Burp , i have to protest here .
Gouda and Edam make very good stuff so shut it !!
Stuff i'm talking about is Cheese ofcourse ;):D:D Best cheese in the world mate
good choice ; the silenced one :)
I have the non-silenced one (and 182 manifold thank god, no more hassle changing) and a silenced mid-section and would'nt want it any louder
(do'nt know about the narrower bit in the original )
very good question. The 182 design had changes made to the front hubs/bearings. They are bigger than the 172 hubs. This most probably means that there is also a difference in the driveshafts (length) .
Long time ago; hope y'all are reading this. The smaller one ; is this also in two parts like the bigger one ?
I found this one ; http://www.everycarpart.co.uk/peugeot-20012005-front-bumper-spoiler-pack-pi-56912.html?osCsid=74291bcf98b64d38e8cd5dabd0762d97
I think this is the bigger one...
