you cannot replace the washers with blanks it will fail again, if the vehicle has xenon lights it has to have some sort of wash system ! They need to work !
The head lights will adjust with a Allan key but you'd need a beam setter to get it correct ! Best let the garage do it when they re test...

Hhm apparently he's had the EGR removed and cleaned to no avail before I've looked ,maybe a faulty clip but seams to be no leaks :/ this isn't going to be fun !
it does affect low down torque but I used a RS tuner map and decat and its never driven so well in my opinion as for noise here's mine , it's a full ktr janspeed un-silenced centre and decat

I currently have a friend with a DCi 65 clio , he says its struggling to get up hills feels like its holding back then it goes and pulls fine ?
i've not had a chance plug it in but not got much experience on these old clio dervs, just wondering if there's anything common before I start going in...
Did you clear the codes ? They are stored codes so they don't just disappear when the fault is rectified , you have to clear the codes !
If you left the sensor out then chances are it will have a code for the rear sensor ,but for your info I've ran my 182 for nearly a year on a decat with...

They can be quite tight that's prop the problem ! If it persist , I'd recommend filling full of WD40 to aid removal , once off clean it up , and fill it full off white grease and re fit buddy should cure it !
I've got Brembo HC Discs and Brembo pads supplied by G172 but I got them off somebody on here who had sold them on ! I like them ! Can't say they wear quickly mine lasting fairly well, depends on driving style I guess !
Glad to hear its semi sorted ! I have a lot of micras at work suffering exactly same problem ! Sometimes pays to move the exhaust by hand to get the grease between the mount and rubber !

My 182 felt like a completely difference car with a stainless and decat ! Best mod I did ! Got a good few pops and bangs as well till I put the Rs tuner 98ron map on !
Would replace it regardless ! If its been sitting and cold on the test it will fail ! Get it stinking hot before the test , even if you have to sit a rev it ! Just get it warm before you leave for the test centre and make sure it's given a good booting !
