Gee this is why I don't post much on here, the shell is solid hence why it was chosen for the engine swap, the previous owner welded a new arch in and obviously messed the prep up as the paint has blistered there, It's being fixed soon.
Lol, this is my car, I have a 182 as a daily, the Metro rapes it in a straight line, dyno'd at 203bhp and 155lbft. The brakes/tyres/suspension all been sorted too. It's just something I built to have fun in and not care if it gets bashed a bit.
Seeing how people were good at helping me last time I thought I'd ask some more questions :) I need a recommendation for tyre dressing, durability not really a problem as the car is only driven on dry days. Also, I need a product to clean carbon fibre that has a clearcoat over the top, any ideas?
Why would you want to? I didn't miss my ps2 games when I got a 3 lol. Not much of a deal unplugging 1 hdmi cable and putting it in to your old machine.
As above I need something to restore the plastic on my 182 mirrors etc (the black bits) any recommendations? I've used back to black in the past, anything better? Ta
MF? Sorry bit new to this! Prime sounds good, the wheels have taken a bit of a beating over the years so they are covered in water spots/slight oxidation.
Thanks Gally, I notice it has no abrasives in it, would this still work you think? I've also read Britemax twins are quite good, have you used personally used either?
Hello, I have some wheel's I'm trying to clean they were polished but have oxidised a fair bit. I spent about an hour on half a wheel with Autosol and it is working but is hard work, is there anything better?
Anyone know the maximum trumpet length of the AT bodies keeping the original bonnet lock etc? What setup cable wise is best for the 182 ff i.e. left/centre/right pull? So many options on their site.
