    Dan's Racing Blue 182

Fitted my snappy steering wheel a few days ago and just got around to getting a picture of it. £150 all in seems a lot, but its worth it for the quality and feel. I also finally got my clean plates through the post and fitted them today. I also corrected my yozza backbox connection that was...

    Yozza Sport back box connection?

Just wondering if anyone knows how this part of the exhaust connects on the 182 yozza sport back box and what size bolts/washers/nuts I need to replace the ones that are rotting/missing? And do I need any gaskets/sealer? Mine is currently joined via 1 bolt and even that doesn't look tight. The...

    Dan's Racing Blue 182

Update: Decided to fit my Hel 'racing blue' braided lines, respray the calipers in silver and put some ceramic paste on the brake pads to get rid of the squeal they were making. Brakes now feel much more solid and noise free! Pads/discs all round is the next job on the list to finish them off...

Only in my original photo. They were being painted at the time. They are now back on ;)

    Dan's Racing Blue 182

I think it takes a good eye to spot them but there's something about the rear now which makes it seem 'cleaner'?? And I'm still yet to buy my plates as well. They will be ordered soon though ;) Don't worry I'm not done with the painting ;)

    Dan's Racing Blue 182

Just finished painting my genuine splitter gloss black and then lacquering it. Also did the rear bumper strip and exhaust surrounds. Looks much better now and not worn: And then decided to treat it to a good clean and quick polish:

    Changing speedo surround

Thanks for the help. I didn't realise it would be a dash off job. I just found the guide for that so I should be good to go ;)

    Dan's Racing Blue 182

Update: Just fitted some blue/suede recaro trendlines from an evo 6. They support you really well and definitely look the part. A big shout out to @JON FOZ who not only supplied the seats and made sure they got to me in great condition, went out of his way with several answers to the questions I...

    Changing speedo surround

I'm trying to swap the grey plastic on my speedo for a coloured version, but don't know how to remove the window/surrounding dash etc and get into my speedo then remove the silver plastic surround. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction to a guide? I can't seem to find any...

Honda Accord 2.0 with Type R Recaro's and Armrest

My Honda Accord is up for sale. My mum/step dad have owned this since they bought it from the dealer 'new' in 2001 and I bought it off her in 2014. It has had an extensive service history and is in brilliant mechanical condition. It has had Honda Accord Type R Recaro seats and armrest fitted and...

The 'What MPG Do You Get?' Thread

Did 7 miles trying to get the best mpg I could and got an indicated 80.4mpg from my 182 doing around 50mph for 6-7miles. That was with the aircon on etc so not some all out Eco run with taped up panels etc

    Dyeing Recaro Seats

I'm about to buy some Recaro's from a Honda Accord Type R and the colour of them is a weird green (see pic below). So in the interests of colour matching them with the clio, is there any well known material dye I can buy to turn the green part black, or any method at all that people have used...

    Dan's Racing Blue 182

They look the dogs danglers in the flesh with a good polish. I won't be wrapping the roof in black or any colour. Ill be getting it repainted and I'm shopping around for quotes. The rear quarter needs doing aswell, but once sorted it'll be mint throughout

    Dan's Racing Blue 182

The story starts off with my old Arctic blue 182 being written off by a complete turnip speeding and thinking his brakes were better than they were and shunting me. It was a write off and not salvageable. Wanting another 182, but something a bit special I was on the look out for either a trophy...

Yorkshires Daily Dci 100 - Plasti Dip

Maybe they think its irrelevant info now? It's not an official renault one by the looks of it? I'll get onto the original website/renault and see if we can get the stats back

    Clio Heritage

I've had a look at that. But I can't see any of the stats about how many of each colour were made etc? Just a review of the spec each model was made to? Or do those stats not exist on a website anymore? Thanks

Can anybody find HT04 KDV (or used to be E9 SNH) on here?

Had a look at it again today, its sitting on eibachs, has a K&N filter, yozza exhaust, good tread on four rainsport 3's and the rest is oem. its in really good condition with no leaks (engine is dry all over). Only problem is the yozza is slightly loud even with the cat and the small patch of...

    Clio Heritage

Does anyone know where the clio heritage website has gone? Or direct me to where I can find the info out? When I click on the old links on old forum posts, I'm just redirected to the home page or the link is broken. I'm looking for all the info on 172's, 182's etc with the amount of the...

Can anybody find HT04 KDV (or used to be E9 SNH) on here?

Only had a good test drive in it and a look around and under the bonnet. Seems a really good little car, with the only problem I can see at the moment being quite bad lacquer peel on the roof. Then again the price made it worth it! Once I get it picked up I'll see what its sat on and what's been...
