i would always replace the fixing kit and donut washer between the mani and cat. you will 99% sure have an exhaust leak if the donut washer is not replaced.

you can either leave the washer in the mani flange as it will be rusted in! or you can get a hammer to it and remove them and fit the new ones. i would personally fit the new ones and file/sand/whack with a hammer the surface rust off the mani flange.

think standard ones are about 73mm. my miltek ones are 90mm i think and they fill the bumper cutouts much much better.

ferodo premiers are decent enough and pretty cheap for road use. wouldnt want to get them too hot on track etc tho.

i had my 182 stripped (including headlining and carpets) but it wasn't for me. lasted 2 months and it all went back in. couldn't stand the rattles, headaches, wet floor and roof, un-practicality etc. now i have come to the conclusion that i would rather have a comfy 182 with full interior...

great find! just need to remove the tints. i removed the tints on mine a few months back. all it took was a couple of sharp stanley blades, a hairdryer, a cloth, some white spirit, glass cleaner and some patience. the glass and heating elements were not damaged at all and the car looks 10x...

one of the companys that make the spray can tint stuff make a remover too. white spirit works too if you apply quickly and rinse.

not a lot at all, 1\4kg maybe. its the hassle you save the most tho. and i like the way mine looks without them.

yes you can cut the wires going to the boot light as i have done this myself to add a boot light the other side. so i now have x2 boot lights. cant remember the wires i cut tho.

£55 per corner (shocks only or fitted) standard ones are spot on. usually around £50 a corner to buy.
