Very similar to mine:
- Rattles
- Listening for new noises and over analysing them
- 3 or 4 slight chips on the windscreen
- Weird unexplainable noise when I put my foot down, sounds like a hole in the exhaust or something!
- Right RS thumb grip thing on the wheel is peeling away slightly
Mine goes to ---- when it hits 35 miles. I usually just switch to the trip meter so I can keep an eye on it. I aim to refuel within 20 miles just in case.
I would suggesting seeking proper legal advice rather than asking on a forum of car enthusiasts. Seriously, get a lawyer.
I think it is unlikely you will be able to return the car and get all of your money back.
Re: Possible new splitter found!!
I accidentally screwed mine up a bit by slowly going into a grass verge whilst parking the other day. It took the splitter off two of the screws at the front. It was easy enough to unscrew them and secure the splitter back in place.
Hi all,
My 182 currently has 3 x Michelin Pilot Exalto PE2's which are close to legal tread limit, and a practically brand new budget tyre (Infinity or something).
My question is; shall I replace the 3 Michelin's with new Michelin's, and keep the budget (which is on the rear), or shall I...
My 182 doesn't have an alarm, which apparently means it is an import. Although if I am not mistaken it's not a true import, as it was built to be sold in the UK, rather than built and sold abroad and then later imported. I'm a bit confused by it all to be honest.
If you are facing down the hill, putting it in reverse will hold it still.
On my old Corsa the handbrake broke so I had to do this all the time until I got it fixed :p
£405 :(
It was the cheapest quote within a reasonable distance from my home though. If you were able to do it cheaper, please don't tell me by how much or I might cry ;)
I noticed that when I cleaned my floor mats the other day that the accelerator goes a little further, and almost clicks down an extra notch. Is this what you're calling the kick-down switch?
If so, what does it do? Because when my mats are in the car they block the pedal going this far.
