    Trolley Jacks 2021

Definitely. I'm only a skinny guy so by the time I've carried my 45kg one through the house, I'm shaking like Mariusz Pudzianowski in the deadlift 😂

    Battery drain

I take it you've tried pulling up on the bonnet whilst someone pulls the lever?

Maybe they're going that way to access the rubber grommet which enters the cabin?

    Trolley Jacks 2021

I've had the 3 tonne SGS one for about 6 years now and it's been faultless. 45kg isn't the lightest to carry around though.

SPA Oil Temp & Pressure Gauge Installation

AN8 lines over AN10 as well IMO. Less pressure drop.

13 row is fine for NA. I'd go 19 row for boosted.

Not a clue. Gonna have to chase the wire 😏

    Battery drain

Is it maybe a case of the power taking a while to shut down on that circuit? Modern cars can be like that. Like on my 182 I noticed I can still open the windows if I press the switch just after I've turned the key off.

That's the boot light and also the mirror adjustment too I believe.

Yeah should be 30mm bearing. Ph1 225's were the 25mm.

    Climate control wiring diagram?

Is the plastic cog engaging the motor? They usually crack, causing the loss of temp control. Accessed from the drivers footwell.

SPA Oil Temp & Pressure Gauge Installation

No need to double stack. HEL do a sandwich plate which has ports for sensors and also lines for an oil cooler. It's thermostatic too.

RS200 brake Discs & Pads help

Oh FFS 🤦🏻‍♂️ I've had a shocker there 😂 In that case, the TRW calipers are still shite and will be seized 😅

RS200 brake Discs & Pads help

The Brembo calipers on these are common for seizing pistons. Get them to check that the pistons move in and out freely and that the seals aren't melted/torn. I've rebuilt countless ones of these and they're easy enough to do if they need a refresh. Like £40 for both sides for a seal kit.

I have the stubby lance from Autobrite and it's the best £30 I've spent. So nice to use.

    Changing N/S driveshaft.... gearbox oil

Gold Plug AP-10 is the one you want (same M16 thread as the sump plug). There's a magnet inside the box too. The usual crunching is the synchros which aren't magnetic, so the only likely metal bits you'll pick up is general gear wear or actual pieces if it's bad 😅

You're talking 2000nm on the big guns now. So accessible and the fact you don't have to have a compressor and traipse around with an airline is a nice thing.

This. Unless you see lots of shiny bits, but then it's probably the least of your worries 😅

Yeah can leave the washer off. I did the same and it's been fine for a few years now.

Anyone used a competition clutch kit?

They're big in America, especially the Honda drag scene. Seem decent from what I've heard.
