Mine also has no centre box and only 1 backbox. Its a 2.5 inch custom exhaust. Fairly loud though.
Looking into changing mine to a fancy baffle system where its quiet pottering around and then loud on full throttle.
I've just had a silenced decat fitted to mine, it seems to pull a bit better. Could just be placebo effect though.
It's got rid of the 5k flatspot it would seem though and thats without it being mapped.
I've done nearly 3k on these now. Done a day of autotesting in the wet as well.
They are absolutely fantastic.

Been playing around with the pressues as well, seem pretty good at 30psi cold on the road.

The guy who makes my custom exhausts has just done a 3inch system for the Focus RS which is only 62db on tickover and 75db at 3krpm ;). It looks like an awesome bit of kit.
As much as it sometimes pleases me to know that my chavvy blue 182 can go round a roundabout or down some epic B roads quicker than a big 40k german barge, I also know what I would prefer sat on my drive way at a night time or to cruise down the motorway in etc.

Only thing that I would change is the front number plate, sticking it on instead of screws ;)
