Shouldn't have needed the bar removing to do engine mounts. If i'm right it should just need flipping over 180 degrees if you get me.

    Towing eye fixing position

I'm wondering if the crash bar has been off at some point and put back on the opposite way, so the hole is on the passenger side...

Please help me understand washer pump

I think they do. One pump is for front and rear screen, the other is for left and right headlight washer.

Please help me understand washer pump

There will be a delay, it does one light first then the other. The lights need to be on as well or it won't spray them.

    Juat bought myself clio 182

All I know is that they 100% work better on track with uprated pads in compared to standard. OEM pads can't even clear the surface rust off where as mine does with the PBS in. Definitely can't touch the discs after a session like some people claim you can.

But going by that reasoning, every car in the world would be like that then... The front always compresses under braking. Mine pull 360kg front and 160kg rear per caliper on MOT rollers.

Yeah they do about half as much of what the fronts do. Or they should do if your calipers aren't knackered. It's only the 172 Cup which is different.

The 2 that are showing as being detected but turned off, try turning them back on and then clear the codes and rescan.

Any that are not detected but still saying status on, need to be disabled. If you have any resistors in the wiring, they need to be removed too as it will still be 'seeing' something as being there.

This one. https://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/tools/sockets-accessories/halfords-professional-spark-plug-socket The 14mm refers to the thread size, not the actual head of it.

    Spark plugs difficult to remove.

Shouldn't do, but I've never used that socket. I use the ones that have the rubber inside to protect the porcelain.

possible sticking rear brakes, rainy days ?

Try some fresh brake fluid. When was it last done?
  29. Mr Trailer Man

possible sticking rear brakes, rainy days ?

The rear brakes on these like to rust on after rain. Sometimes pull away and hear a bang as they release.

    Nürburgring newbie!

You should be covered by insurance to drive in Europe under your normal car insurance, excluding the Ring. European cover with the AA or similar will also be enough. Just make sure it includes repatriation (bringing the car home all the way)
