The 1.2 16v ph2s from 2004 on have them, don't know about the rest. I've got a peco (not to everyones taste) backbox on mine and it's pretty loud, pops aswell.
Yes. You have projector lenses in your headlights which means you can put an HID kit in without blinding other people.
The HID kit I have from donsrno1 I'm now going to put in my mum's mk3 with cornering lights.
Yeah they work when the dipped beams are on, my mum's mk3 has them. Don't think you can take the lenses off the headlights, as I said I wouldn't bother anyway as the cornering lights are pretty good looking as standard. PM donsrno1 on here, I got an HID kit off him with a years guarantee were...
LOL not again. It's a MK2 PH2 end of. The ph3 actually is more than just a slightly different bumper, it has diff wheels, interior, equipment, headlight surrounds, and engine ( in the 1.2 16v) if we're comparing dynamiques.
My boss got a TT for his wife that was on 60K and turned out to be shagged, needed a new ecu etc. so they aren't exempt from problems either.
If you look after a clio well enough you should be fine, some people are just unlucky with them.
It depends what model you have. You can't take an RS clio any lower than 40mm without coilies.
If its a non-rs then just do it, I've done it on standard shocks and it's fine.
These will fit the mk3 clio fine, but if you fit ANY form of aftermarket headlights you will lose your cornering light function. Pointless anyway just stick a set of HIDS in the headlights you have.
If find out if it fits, you could get the standard centre section from the 1.2s from 2004 on (they're straight through no center boxes) for pennies then just buy a backbox, all the noise you could want.
The bodyshop should have aerosol tins of matt black paint, just tell him to paint the exhaust trim/ bumper insert with that, ends up just looking like brand new plastic.
