Do the usual checks, make sure its had the belts done, and make sure the headgasket is not weeping. This time last year I sold my 1.2 mk2ph1 for £2500! and that was on 82k. The suspension bushes can start to wear out at this age.
The V6mk1 was developed by TWR (They were responisible for the XJ220 and the DB7). They were the ones that hacked away at the bodyshells. Can anyone remember the 3 black Clio V6mk1 prototypes made by TWR?? One of them appeared on ebay a few years ago. I think a lot of the devolopement happened...

headrests, rear seats are locking into position, theres nothing under the seats, seatbealts, anything in boot, tool kit, spare wheel well, take the rear hatch panel off and check the rear wiper mechanism, check the trailing arm suspension bushes, check the shocks, check the rear...
My girlfriend had trouble when some t***s kept breaking into her 106. We got the motion sensor cameras but the trouble is when you catch someone on them and even if you work out who it is the police will do jack s**t about it as they need 'witnesses'.
