Its typical for these not to be fitted to the discs, if you can get them off your old ones thats fine otherwise its a trip to Renault for a new pair. Did the discs from eurocarparts include the bearings?

Pop the airbox pipe off and see if the throttle is opening fully when the pedal is to the floor. Is it a 172mk1 or mk2? its easier to adjust on the 172mk1 as theres less electronic gizmo's.
