The only fix I have found for the creaking is pressing the red button in in the handle and hooking the roof out. Gets a little cold and wet in the winter but its worth it :clown: .

Are you sure its the belt, it could be the thrust bearing on the clutch. After starting move the clutch up and down and listen to the squeak to see if it changes pitch or stops.
Yeah I agree with Fubar, they are way too high as standard (no matter what size wheel), lower it before alloys, even with a 35 or 40mm drop it will still look too high to some people. Heres a pic of mine before lowering:
