Theres a guide in the articles section of the site but you need to join to be able to read it. There is also a guide in the Haynes manual, its fairly straight forward to do as long as you have some spring compressors and the right tools. I managed it ok, the only problem I had was the rear...
I doubt you can download one. You can borrow them from good a library(sp). However they dont do one for the sport clio just the 1.2, 1.4,1.5d,1.6 and 1.9d Clios.

This is the normal reaction, slamming the brakes on and giving opposite lock when the back end goes makes it swing the other way and losing control (depending on how fast the car is going). I think the best thing to do is gently steer into it and apply throttle (except on rwd cars) to pull the...
Nope after lowering just get the tracking checked. The torsion bar is not adjusted btw, you just have to unscrew the shock, pull it down, take out the old spring and put lower ones in.
You wont have any problems lowering 40mm on 17s, I would say even 60mm on 17s you shouldnt have any problems assuming the offset of the wheels is suitable. My clio is lowered 40mm on 16s and I have no problems even if I have my bike on the roof and people in the back.
Cant really help you on what you could use but it has to be strong to hold it in, was just watching men and motors and police were pulling over random cars and one of checks they were doing was making sure the battery was in securly as if its not then it will be very unsafe in an accident.
Think you have to link a cable over like daz said even though each side as 6 wires and 6 connectors and both lights have a bulb in them, the pink wire (not to be confused with violet) is the fog light wire.
If they are Turinis from a cup im sure they are 43 offset and your car standard wheels should be 36 or 37 so the wheels are already in a little, do you get rubbing at the rear with 205s? I would go for 5mm if it doesnt look right with the bodykit.
I dont think you can stop it without disabling the whole wiper altogether.
Whilst driving non-clio cars I really miss the auto rear wipe.
One of those clio things.
Yeah I had a friend colourcode them for me but I should warn you monaco blue is very hard paint to match as its a pearl-metallic. When we went throungh the car paint book there was about 7 different shades of monaco blue!
Wheel arches should be ok, the clio has big arches as it is. Lots of people have 17s on here and lowered 60mm without problems, just make sure the wheel offset is ok for your car. I love monaco blue is it a mk2ph1 or the facelift clio?
That is really good going! from 0-79000 miles other than serivicing ive had to replace a rear bearing, have a new bolt for antiroll bar and front and rear brakes. You must have one of the highest mile mk2s in cliosport.
I just wandered Ive had 2 cars with this engine and they seem very reliable, thats quite a lot, have you had any other problems after high miles with the engine? Mine is on 79k and hope to get a bit more out of it yet.
