    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

Are 6.5" width wheels a bit narrow for 195 tyres?

I thought those Jets were 15x6.5?

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

Flamers are difficult to find wheels that suit, I reckon. I just don't want it to look cheesy/chavvy, even though for track only :smilingimp:.

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

So the holes to put the bolts through are smaller than standard ,so you need a smaller diameter bolt. ^ that sounds so naive

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

There's a guy on eBay with 3 sets of them @ £277, and has a "make offer" option. I emailed him what his best price is if I got 3 buyers, but he didn't reply :rage:.

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

I know I'm grasping at straws here with regards their weight, but some guy on the Briskoda forums has them and posted this recently..... "Bought these as Calibre Suzuka, stamped Rays Gram Lights........Replaced my TD Pro Race 3 which are same weight as Spiders, these are 300g lighter...."

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

Found these pics that may be helpful. Interestingly, according to the images on Tweeks website, they are stamped 'Rays Gram Lights' which are decent wheels (I believe).

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

How did they look, any good? I was thinking of asking if some clever person on the forum could photoshop them onto my car, but that always end in carnage (funny carnage though ).

Help please.. have I broken my car?

In Davyy's defence (apart from not braking an injector), when doing mine I had just as much difficulty as he did, it was just fortunate that I had copious amounts of Vaseline to hand to smear around my ring an aid penetration 😂. For reference, any petroleum based jelly would suffice...

Standard rims are 16" & tyres are more expensive.

Yes, I followed the Top Gear wheel-gate thread closely, it was a bitter disappointment 😞.

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

My 172 has standard 16" alloys with ET48; I assume there won't be any issues with the offset of ET38, and in fact will give me a slightly wider track and better look? (IIRC ET38 is the offset of standard 16" 172 Cup alloys)

    Calibre Suzuka 15" Wheels

Hey everyone! I'm after a set of 15" alloys for track use (2 or 3 or 4 times a year), I will retain my standard 16" 172 alloys for occasional daily use. Demon Tweeks have a set these for £277, Calibre Suzuka Alloy Wheels 4x100, ET38, centre bore 73.1 (spigots needed). Anyone have an...

    Sealing water hose

I heated it in hot water as you suggested, reseated it and all is good. I did a good job of cleaning the crud off in the first place, so no more to do there. Thanks for your input . Only thing is, I've only managed to refill with about 6 litres of coolant, thought it should be 7 :neutral...
