take the hinges and seals from a mk1 and use them on the mk2, bond the clips to the window and hope the seal is roughly the same size!! however opening rear windows gives another place for water to get in and start to rot the shell!! (iirc the mk1s had a massive rot issue due to the opening...

i think the general idea is that renault had a lot of 52mm hub/shock assembly left over after they stopped making them and just mixed them into the production line. so random 1.2 16v's may have 52mm hubs for no real reason!! but it might be worth noting that 52mm hubs and 58mm hubs are...

i think the wheels look alright tbh, nice design and different from the norm! ifail!! the wheels in the external link are wrong!! the wheels in the above posts are nice though!! :) the exhaust on the other hand, is a different story!! and wouldnt have really said it was that "low"

really like the alloys, think theyll look ace.... however not a bit fan of the wing mirrors!! anything that can be picked up in the halfords boy racer section is a big no for me!! looks like youre putting a lot of love into her though! :). defs get the dual optics for the front and ph2 rears...

Im aware that you can get an MOT to cover you only for daytime use, and will therefore not need headlights. my question however is, with a regular MOT, can you remove the headlights and fit headlight blanks, providing youre only driving in the daytime??

id leave powdercoating the rocker cover until you get cams!! youll need all the cam locking tools to take the rocker cover off!! (stupid design i know)

it was a joke dude lol, as for hiding the lights, you can just take the clocks apart and put tape over the offending LEDs someone on here recently did just that and it worked a treat!

more than likely rotates the wishbone around the arb joint!! as you say the force to actually bend the arb would be very hight,

how do you get to the captive nut on the otherside of the middle bolt (furthest away in the picture??) when trying to take my hanger off, two the end two snapped and the middle one just spins!! :( im going to custom fit a completely different hanger seeing as the renault ones are pretty poor...
