Tesco Momentum 99 or V-Power is what most tend to use, not that the BP Ultimate would be causing the issue. If the plugs haven't been changed, it might be worth giving them a go. Get the NGK PFR6E-10, don't bother with any other plug in my opinion.

If it's fine at high revs then I wouldn't have thought it would be injectors. If it smells of fuel then it's clear that it's not burning it properly. I'd say spark plugs, based on the error code. An injector would bring a different code up.

Good news about the air leak. Is the EML constant or flashing?

The track rod ends are all the same. It's the rods themselves that differ between cup and non cup.

I couldn't do anything with mine either, but i plugged it into the computer and was able to do it.

My N5 went into a boot loop 3 weeks ago, the only way I could get it sorted was by using Wugfresh Nexus Root Toolkit and flash back to stock 5.0.2 Give that a go.

Or just get them to add ballast weight to account for the weight of your average passenger when they do it.

You might want to clear the paint/powder coating out of the bolt holes, can make the bolts come loose on track.

I little bit of oil on the o-rings before you put them in helps and also stops them getting pinched.

Nah, the fuel rail guard it just that... a guard. It wouldn't be causing the issue you have. It must be an air leak of some sort. Are the injectors 100% in properly? Might be worth checking the O-rings on the injectors for any damage too.

How much did the rebuild cost you, if you don't mind me asking? PM me if you don't want it public.

How come you removed the inlet to do the injectors, out of curiosity?

Buy one of the £30 torque wrenches from Machine Mart or similar, that's what I use Bearings have been fine for 2 years and several track days.
