    Short Shift Opinions

I personally wouldn't bother. You don't want to be rushing these gearboxes at the best of times.

AutoPaint in St Helens are top notch. I got my Titanium Silver touch up pot mixed from them.

    Brake fluid for track car

If it was me and I was changing from the ATE, then i'd go for the Motul. It doesn't seem to badly priced but the Castrol is a fair bit more in comparison. But I suppose if you want the best, then you have to pay the money lol.

    Ford content.

Could be toeing in a bit or tyre pressure on the day. What pressure did you have in them? I know road tyres with softer side walls need over 30psi on track to stop them rolling over onto the side walls.

    what map? (please help, confused)

I'm not. You asked if you had a 98RON map and I said yes.

    Brake fluid for track car

If you're changing it fairly regularly then wet boiling points won't really apply as much because it won't have had much moisture absorbed into it. But it is worth noting, yes.

    what map? (please help, confused)

If it cold starts and idles at 1100 then drops to around 900 and you also have a 7500 limiter, then you 100% have a 98RON map mate.

    Brake fluid for track car

With regards to the boiling points. ATE is 280 degrees Motul is 325 degrees Castrol just says over 300

    Brake fluid for track car

Currently use ATE. I'm no racing driver, so I can't see myself boiling it yet. It's cheap enough to change a few times a year too.

Catostrophic Misfire fault - Solutions please

If it is putting fuel into the cat then you should be able to smell it.

Catostrophic Misfire fault - Solutions please

Destructive misfire means it's putting unburnt fuel into the cat i think. If you've had new spark plugs, then i'd say it was the coilpack.

That's not a bad idea, if it's actually possible and doesn't affect the strength of the wheel.

You might not even notice 3mm difference tbh. I'd just put the odd one on the rear though.

No, it is that simple. The numbers are in mm's so ET40 is 40mm

Shite in the wet, ok in the dry. Michelin PE2 or PS3 would be my choice.

The higher the number, the more the wheel will sit in the arch. So your one ET37 will sit out wider than your ET40's. So in theory you'd need a 3mm spacer on the three ET40 wheels.
