2inches of movement in the rear wheels and you didnt notice when looking over the car?! I bought a car that turned out to be a heap once, the only person you can be angry at for that is yourself.
as for (almost completely unrelated) bonnet catch, im sorry to hear that, and hope it all gets...
Perhaps...
but being on the arse end of the insurance ladder, paying some fantastic figures for insurance over the past few years, and accepting thses prices without complaint.
and genunily being in pain (ive been perscribed painkillers for a sprained back), AND given my current financial...
The cup race cars and R19 run completely subframe mounted.
as does my mate on his valver and it seems to work very well.
picture above shows how it works, and i wanted to know if it would work on a mk2 subframe!
found this on eBay and thought i would share it with you guys,
looks like a minter! ;)

well, tbh, the car is completely worthless, other than sellable mods,
and he feels that involving insurance would be less worth while than simply reshelling the car himself
because theyll simply take the car away and he wont get any of his stuff back, and just give him with the book value of...

the car got hit at around 20mph on the passenger door and caved it in about 6" into me and sent us spinning across the road
apaz they didnt see that there was a give way junction :S

Sorry to sound like a kill joy, but there is no existing kit at all to force induction on a clio, let alone using a twin turbo system.
so you would have to design and develop the entire system yourself, and then build it, which will probably cost thousands.
hats off for being different, but i...
I had this problem with my valver, looked almost like theyd never been replaced!!
used a blow torch and heated them up,
then a large pipe wrench and a hammer,
eventually i won the battle and they started to turn!!
pics arnt working btw! but by the looks of the above comments, thats for the best!
I could tell how this tread was going to go as soon as i saw "what U think OV my phase 1 clio 16v? any THAUGHTS on NEW MODS?"
someone thinks their car is cool because everyone in their friendship group is into...

OH and that black one is replica!!
Halfords own oil = rebranded Castrol iirc!!
and tbh, it all comes from the same hold in the floor and most likely refined in the same place!
it goes off to different companies who add aditives to give different properties based on their research!!
lets face it, if it meets the standards set...
Ok just to back track a little bit!!
the stock speakers in the clio are by blaupunkt, which is actually a very good audio brand!
if you want to make a proper differece, and do the car audio thing properly,
start by taking out the skeaers and lining the surrounding metal with dynamat, the...
why not just save for a bit longer and get some raceland coilovers, theyre only about 160 and theyre alright for the money you spend!!
then you can go for the exact height you like!!
how hard have you tried push it on, perhaps you had it out of line the first time, pushed to hard and have damaged the shaft a bit,
perhaps grind the edge of the shaft down if this was the case!
haha this forum is so odd,
the members that never ever ever go over 30mph, or 4000rpm
other threads will be full of people saying their cars see the limiter at least twice a week.
give a car the beans wont do it any harm providing its looked after, my F7R is nearly on 100,000 and is well...
5 minutes checking the car before hand would have revealled a broken rear spring!!
go to a breakers, all the mk2 (sport/non-sport) rear springs are the same fit, (im unsure if the poundage is much different)
itll get you through the MOT and you can sort out getting the correct springs at a...
climb into the back and use a tx15 torx bit to take the boot plastic off,
then there should be a vertical 2mm bar running from the boot button to the push the bar down as far as you can, and t he catch should pop!!
then change the solenoid!
