It better be that it just isn't fitted right. I really cannot be doing with having to buy another one, as I think it's a little late to exchange it LOL.
Ahh well, a weekend without a car is going to be fun.
I've got work soon, so ill (i.e. my dad will) have to get under the car tomorrow.
Ill check everything with my dad. He fitted it all. I have no real idea of process etc. I was with him for part of it, but had to nip out mid way through him fitting it.
EDIT: I'm guessing it's down to the pinch...
Yeah, was from ECP. I ordered the size you said Rhys, so the M12 was it?! I don't think that I checked it, as I assumed from the ordering online, they'd pick out the right part. Not a size smaller lol.
The problem with it, is that it has play where it is secured to the hub. You can move it...
Well i've had an annoying morning...
Took the car back for the MOT retest. Failed again. Turns out that the ball joint fitted is either the wrong part or just not fitted right (hopefully the latter). FFS
Means that, instead of detailing my car, i've got to f**king sort this s**t out tomorrow...
Knows. It's on my list of things to do. Hopefully before FCS.
I was going to, but then Feirny and I decided to sack it off and go out for photos instead.
I plan to detail it properly this weekend.......... If I can be bothered. ;) . Literally looks like the previous owner used a yard brush to...
After fixing my seat yesterday, I gave the 'flower a good/quick going over.
Fitted some FCS stickers, but ill probably take off the orange one.
Also, since owning the car, the passenger seat's handle which flips the seat forward has been nowhere to be seen. When taking the drivers seat...
So after yesterday's great success, fixing the drivers seat so that it moves forwards/backwards again, I found a new love for the 'flower. 2 months had passed since it's last wash, so it was looking pretty grim.
Usual Paulish process, 2x buckets etc. Only got some mandatory iPhone driveway...
Went past each other earlier, just off the Ikea island.
Driver looked like he was blowing a kiss at me?!! :o
Does the Sunflower give out that impression?
I assume that it must be a CSer. I doubt that the local chavs that own Clio's in that area would be blowing kisses at me.
:p
^ True dat. My 52 plate Flamer was starting to get a little bit of surface rust on the rear arches. It had only done 45k miles and was a very clean car.
