Don't know if this is just my car or all 172's. Whenever I clean my car inside the handle inserts are really awkward. They always seem sticky and catch fluff et. Very annoying because if it is raining and I open the door, rain gets on the surface of the inserts and makes them even more sticky...

One of the bolts which fastens the cat to the manifold has burnt away and rattles like mad when I get between 3 and 4 thousand revs - really annoying. Does anyone know where I can get these bolts from? They have a large spring surrounding the bolt itself.

I had a 48k service don't not long back and one of the points that was raised was that the off-side ball joint wasn't in ideal condition. Is this something that would cause my MOT to fail in August? What would I notice with a non-ideal ball joint when driving?
