Were they mega expensive though? I think ive found what caused the problem with the internal amp. The speaker outs from the internal amp were grounded to the output from my external amp. I would have thought there would be some sort of protection for this though.

Does the original wiring not have some sort of crossover point for the original woofers and tweeters? If I connected before this point, i.e. between the stereo and the crossover point, then surely this would split the sound?

Anyone? Surely someone must have wired from original wiring just inside the car.

Can anyone tell me the colour of the wiring for the front speakers in a Clio 182? I dont understand why Renault couldnt just use the same colour of wires once they got them inside the doors! I think they must have had extra wire colours lying around or something!

Does anyone know if the RA firmware updates will prevent the laser detection being turned back on or would someone wishing to continue to use the laser detection be forced to stop using the laser detection part if they updated the software?

I would like to run a set of coaxials in the rear so would be good if I could amp them too but looking for the best possible sound. Would appreciate peoples opinions as I had a set of Infinity 55.5CS and a set of 52.5Is in the rear and the system sounded bad up loud. The gain was set at medium.
