no they wedged the door open with plastic wedges and used a long metal device otherwise known as a coat hanger to pull the handle. they make you sign a damage waiver before they will attempt to gain entry but to be honest there wasnt a mrk on the car and the door wasnt even bent.

isnt an xsi the same as a gti6 without the 6th gear and some interior bits and bobs? they are about 170bhp iirc got too be the xsi

front splitter is fitted by the dealer when it arrives with them. so if they have put it on badly they should fix it. marks on the steering wheel? who knows they might fix it for you re suspension dont know. tyres are correct. if your not entirley happy with the state of the car at...

thinking about it a bit more you have a point, if you only have one wheel in contact with the ground which can happen a fair bit with a clio its best to have the grip there:oops:

i would put new ones on the front the rears would of worn more than you think and you should have as much tread as possible at the front. they do the most work afterall

its a more practical option agreed. pretty much not worth worrying about really e.g how many puctures have you had in your driving lifetime? been driving for 8 years done over 40k a year for the last 3 years and ive had 1 puncture in all that time.
