    Mine sits at 90-100 on normal driving 110max when gunning it. 5w50 millers fully sin. Williams fan, low temp thermostat and fan switch keeps it nice and cool. As its a water cooled oil cooler its good to keep the coolant temp down.

    Simple get a lower temperature thermostat, problem solved. O and flush the whole system, rad and block and use decent coolant pref from renault.

    Yep 16v calipers about £40 for the pair disks and pads are cheap from GSf etc. This will give you much better braking power. As the standard rt set up is pants.

    Get your self some 16v claipers, disks and pads and bolt them on. Thats it, and enjoy much better braking.

    If you want any info from hillpower then its best to ring as he gets very little time to check the e-mail. When i was there last his computer kept crashing and he was inundated with e-mails.

    Between £800-1000 seem to be the going rate. And if your having it recond then it doesnt really matter about 100k+.

    I would do the water pump, cam belt tensioner and idler while its being done. O and also alternator belt and check the tension for that as well.

    Look at what the clio trophy v6 uses. Think its around the 285bhp area. But i am sure a re-worked exhaust system, viper evo and a good mapping would improve things nicely.
