I cleaned an 06 Toyota Corolla on Monday, only had time to do bodywork and wheels.
After rinsing, pre wash with foam lance, rinse, wash with wool mit and Megs Gold Class the bodywork was very rough and bumpy.
The car is parked under trees, so was covered in sap and bird s**t. After claying...
172 and 182 filters are the same.
Except early 172 filters (pre facelift) which are not the same. I think they are a cylinder type, and not a panel like later 172 and all 182s.
My Green filter has been in my Iceburg 172, Arctic Blue 182 and now in an Inferno 182. I like to get my monies...
The filters are not all the same, as someone has quoted.
Standard is paper.
ITG is foam.
Green is cotton.
My brother and I swapped filters we both drive 182s, he tried my Green filter and I tried his ITG filter.
The outcome was, I got my filter back a.s.a.p. and he binned his ITG to buy a...
If there is a fitment available, get a Green Cotton Filter. I have tried ITG, but went back to my Green filter in my 182, it felt so much better than the ITG.
I think the most shocking aspect of Kubica's crash was the way his head went from side to side, it looked like it had become detached. I thought he would have a broken neck at the very best.
To come away from a crash like that with just a broken leg was a miracle, now they are saying he has...
I have just changed my tariff with T-Mobile this morning.
I was on Personal Call, been on it for the past 12 years, as of tomorrow I will be on Flext 25, with a new S. E. K810i.
12 month contract which entitles me to £40 worth of calls to any network or landline at any time. At the weekend...
When I bought an ITG panel filter from ITG (factory in Coventry), they supplied my Brother and I with some foam strips.
These foam strips are used to clean the filter. You would just wipe the foam across the bottom of the filter to pick up any loose debris. That is all you need to do to...
I had a look at my mate's newly bought 172 yesterday.
I used to have the same Iceburg 172 as his, mine was an 02 plate, his is a 51 plate.
I noticed there were no internal alarm sensors at the top of the "A" posts.
Is there someone on here who can cross reference his reg number to find out...
I don't think the W660i has been released yet, can't be too long now though.
I have a W810i and I think I will get a W660i. Seems to be a natural upgrade.
Just got to find out when it is available.
A Helicoil insert will sort it for you.
The old bolt will be drilled out, then the hole with the damaged thread will be drilled oversize, removing any evidence of the thread.
Then that hole will be tapped for the Helicoil insert to screw into.
The internal thread of the insert will be back...
I have to say Nigel, my biggest concern if battery life, the longer the better.
Most phone features I can live without, it is nice to have radio and mp3, but then again I never seem to use any of the features.
My phone only rings when my Mum calls to tell me my dinner is ready.
I will be looking to upgrade my Sony Ericsson W810i in the next couple of days.
I'm with T-Mobile, and have been on Personal Call tariff for the past 12 years.
Would changing to Flext 25 be a better option than my existing tariff?, I would also get a free phone if I change my tariff.
So if...
Forgot to say, the clutch cable design seems to have changed from the one I took off my 182.
It now has two large, heavy weights on the cable at the gearbox end, I suspect these weights surpress any vibration along the cable.
I used the guide aswell, some of it made sense, some of it not.
Intead of removing the o/s/f wing lining, my Brother fed the cable by reaching behind the moulded lining behind the engine. Once I saw the end of the cable through the aperture it feeds into, up behind the clutch pedal (me in...
