Is that Tinfoil on the intake?

Know the feeling, glad i rescued my 172 from propable 'breaking for parts' it doesnt handle quite as well as m 1973 Mini-bin but ooooooo the instant smile when you give it some beans!!

From when i was at renault sure you could order a 172 with aircon and no sunroof or no aircon and a sunroof... could be wrong though
