Finally got the windscreen in today at work and cured the dreaded red 'flashing' and 'solid' light..... bloody key fob battery was goosed!!!! and theres me like a dickhead getting ready to start testing all the loom..... just proves go for the simple things first!
Hey all the Ebay scrapper is in work for its mot on Monday but in the mean time after a full service, inc plugs and a new coil pack there is still a miss fire and lag when initially opening the throttle.
i've cleaned the throttle body and the inlet manifold but its still there....no faults on...

Having slight issues with the beasty and a hesatation and misfire..... replaced the plugs ( 2 were cracked ) replaced the coil pack ( tracking marks up the enamel ).... and she's still not a happy bunny, I've ordered a set of leads so fingers crossed this cures it.
Wind screen is arriving on...
@ work for the belts, service, new coil pack, middle and rear exhaust hangers and pre mot inspection...
Since discovered it's polybushed all round and remarkably clean underneath.... someone loved it once!

Door and 3/4 trim - off ebay
Fog light - off Arctic
as for the dents i'll get my mate who doesthe paintless repairs to have a look
Only rears are testable for for correct height and function....Fronts will only become an issue if their outside the height from the ground or if they become a pedestiran hazard. so basically if their OE spec and placement you've got no worries
