Lambda Upstream and downstream voltage values

I'm after the Upstream and down stream voltages for the lambda sensors.....

getting a slight miss fire every now and then

Clip is showing a small amount of missfire correction and the voltages are

Upstream fluctuates as it should at various throttle openings

Downstream fixed at 0.412v.......my guess fubard?

Downstream is ok. Nothing to do with engine management. It's only there to check the catalyst function and trigger the EML if not. Sprak plugs fine? Coilpack and leads ok?
