i would have said helix clutches come with a better release bearing i get a little creak from my clutch cable need to do that are they a pain in the arse to do?
i was told by one of the renault guys round corner from me that they come as a pre assembled drivershaft and when the cv joint is nackered its down to either the bearing are worn and where the shaft sits into the cv joint theres a spring in a sort of a mushroom shape so double check when u take...
its the two chasis rails if u pop ur head under ur car ull see two like triangle plates then just behind that ull see a square rail which is strong enuogh to jack ur car up on and leave it on axle stands
sounds like common fault manifold hitting subframe to setup engine position loosen top gearbox mount and top mount (cambelt side) and tug the engine as far forward as u can should sort it out mate
as far as i know the adjustable pulleys from k tec takes out the vvt so u cant use oem cams so u would need to get some performance cams from k tec which are compatible with the pulleys which they can supply :)
thats the only fault with coilys knowing sometimes when you look at your car you think damn its not low enough then smile knowing you have thats c spanner haha
from my memory the atf fluid should only be used on automatic transmission cars my mate had same trouble when he had his rebuilt they said use automatic transmission fluid and that just destroyed his box now hes on proper stuff and all is fine but he had to have it rebuilt though
