well maybe not a on a clio but yeh its possible - i know of an audi s4 (albeit they are turbocharged) that had new filter, milltek system incl hi flow cats and a remap done on the fly which produced almost 25hp more....no bother with different cam profiles or anything.
i dont see why a remap with air mods wouldnt give a healthy increase in hp....if its a proper remap with the car being driven at the time not just a cheap reflash or standard map like superchips etc. then of course you can get more power...ur probly sacrificing in other departments but its not...
yeh iv just exchanged a few emails with speedline uk, and they say the 2118 is best for track use as they are so strong...however they dont weigh any less than the 16" Turinis - i thought a track wheel would be less weight but i guess strength is a must too. a set of 4 is £470 tho!
im thinking of getting a set of 15's for the cup but not sure which to go for....i want as light a wheel as possible but cant really afford magnesium so will have to be regular alloy....maybe a Speedline/Braid/Rota.....?suggestions please.....
if anyone hasnt tried it yet try and find a nice long tunnel and gas it all the way through!!! i did when i had the decat as well and it sounds like nothing else!!!!
yeh i had the same k-tec stealth with YS decat but it was too noisy for motorway driving - sounded like a touring car!!!

how much would you want for the manifold (have you got upper and lower parts?). Also what else would i need when swapping over to a flowed/matched setup eg. gaskets?
im 23 and have 6 points on my license and 1 years NCB. i currently pay £1200 a year with elephant.co.uk. will my premium come down a lot when my points go? and also what sort of money do others with similar details pay out of interest?
yeh well i took the tb off to clean it couple weeks ago and it was pretty filthy, thats would prompted the suggestion of a filter to stop oil gettin in. why wouldnt u fred?
