yeh its pretty much fact that FWD cars are gonna be best with not much more than 220-240 bhp. having to steer, brake and put power down... If you were making a car strictly for 1/4 mile runs then can you hike the boost up on these kits or will the internals just not cope?
yeh will do mate...it is cheaper than the alternative of taking your car to superchips or somewhere who will upload a generic map anyway. the only time i can see that u would get a custom remap is if uv had tons of work done ie. cams, head ported/flowed, ITB's etc etc

there is an ecu on ebay for £120 from hillpower at the moment. is it worth getting cos it will require resetting when fitting it - is this expensive to do, and therefore do ppl think its worth getting? cheers
so take out the battery and check the bolt on the mount? is it a case of simply tightening it if its loose or do i need to get a new bushing or anything?
the knock comes when i pull away and brake quite hard, doesnt matter wot gear im in etc. If i brake hard it knocks then if i brake again it doesnt - im assuming that means the engine mount/bushing needs adjusting or changing....can someone shed some light on this for me please cos its really...
