insurance quotes & points on license

im 23 and have 6 points on my license and 1 years NCB. i currently pay £1200 a year with elephant.co.uk. will my premium come down a lot when my points go? and also what sort of money do others with similar details pay out of interest?

I'm just sorting my insurance out atm, and I've got £1100 ish, and I'm 21, 3 points and a 28 day ban, and 0 NCB.

which company is that with? is it just you on the policy?

That was Direct line I think... but I was named driver so got that discount... Give em a try though, you never know.

Your occupation makes the biggest difference out of anything to insurance quotes.
