AP and Sachs do make uprated clutches that will fit, a dci65 has the same gearbox as a valver so i expect it to share the same clutch setup aswell
The dci100 has the same injectors as the dci80, but it has a diffrent dieselpump, it deliveres 200bar more than the dci80 item.
The intercooler...
Well here in belgium it's simple, and it basicly comes down to this; no aftermarket exhausts allowed, espech no complete systems.
You may get away with some pisch raceland backbox (because it has an e-number)
The rules over here regarding modifying a car are an absolute p1ss take, so...
Just got back from the reno garage, problem's solved :D
It's the upper engine mount which is shot, it allows the engine to lean to the right hand side when taking a corner, an thus causing the knocking.

So your best bet is a dci80, which is in essence the same as a dci100, just has a diffrent turbo, and the bottom end of a megane
Not just a remap, didn't you read what i wrote, it has a forged intercooler, bigger injectors, diffrent downpipe, decat, and a whole lot more which at first i didn't want to bother you with, but you didn't leave me no choice;)
That's not what i can say of my 02 dci65, mapped IC'd etc to 126bhp, it has 70K on it now, mapped since it had 20K, and not a single thing gone wrong with it.
You just got to treat them like it should, and not rev the nuts off, steady warming up etc
