Quick Question? When a wheel bearing is on it way out, do you always get play in the wheel. The reason I ask, I'm getting a nasty grinding noise coming from the passage side of the car, and I'm not sure if it's the driveshaft or bearing.
Well you can replace the CV joint, but at the end of the day you might s well replace the complete driveshaft, it cost a bit more, but it allot less hassle.

So I still seem to have my engine start problem. The car starts up first time, but if you turn off the engine and then try and restart, it will not want to kick into life, the engine just turns over, leave it for about 1min, and the engine will start up no problem, this is happening hot engine...
On these car yes I would want to see a invoice because it is so expensive to do, I only brought the car I have today because it had a book of reseat of work done, and that included the cambelt.
Took the car for a quick drive on the motorway tonight, and to my surprise I got a good reading from the MPG, I got 41mpg going down, and coming back up the motorway it drop to about 37Mpg, doing a steady 60. 70Mph.
Just a quick heads up for people who service there own car, Eurocarparts are doing great prices on Oil at the moment, I just brought 5Ltr for £12, original price £25.
I Changed Lambda sensor when I first got the car about 4 months ago know, before that it's had a full service including spark plug change, and the coil pack a leads have all been replaced, I have also replaced all 4 injectors. As I said before, car drives fine, good power, and responsive. Odd.
