lol,didn't see the reg as it was side-on when I pulled out of a junction. I know one lives up Elland Road at Ripponden on with a private reg,don't know if it's the same one as I saw this morning though. Hmmmm,maybe not a good idea to give adress of car on second thoughts.:clown:

It was only 2 years old when it had to go back to Audi because the drivers door had dropped!!! I certainly wasn't expecting that from a krautmobile. so far it's had the cd replaced under warranty due to it skipping every time I went over a pebble,boot seals replaced due to leaking and 3 yes 3...

my warranty ran out on the A2 in november,so far had to fork out for a new throttle body-£503.85,new AC condensor-£85.00(not done by Audi,would have been £300+ otherwise)and one wheel refurb-£52. So it's not just Renaults mate. My 172 hardly ever caused me grief! lol.

Glad to hear it's getting sorted,are you going to re-insure with them?If so I would be asking for a years free insurance at least. They should be offering you more in compo than just waiving the excess,don't know how much though.Have you tried the citizens advice bureau?

Thats cheap compared to Audi,our last service was £404. parts were £170,the rest was labour!£89 per hour labour and wait for it..... £60 to change a light bulb!!!!

My 172 used to do iy whenever I reversed off our drive,I wouldn't stress over getting it done,mine did it for 2 years,I never got it done. The fact is Renault have got you over a barrel with your modified set-up.Another reason to keep cars standard IMO. I really wouldn't worry about it.

Advertised it on saturday,guy came to look at it yesterday and left a deposit then picked it up today.:( Sold for £6550:) Just gonna bank the cash and wait till spring now for the new Renaultsport clio.Very tempting to blow the cash now though,lol. Better get used to driving the wifes a2 now.

just installed it too,I like it although the typeface is taking a bit of gettin used to,had to adjust all my monitor settings!

We have the same problem on our phone(DECT) BT did a line test and fixed the problem but the line is still as bad,tend not to use it at all now as its so quiet,just use our mobys. Might buy another handset and see if it works any better.
