rob have you seen that place that does mad graphics up at blackfen? theyve got mad motors (think an astra with excellent detail graphics!), they *may* help you with plates?

need to replace both discs (with pads) on front, and wondered if any other RT owners use non-standard discs/pads? I know about puttign the valver calipers/discs on but i dont want spongy braking w/o new master cylinder. Any other parts i should be thinking about that wont need an uprated...

15s, no lowering (yet), and def no rubbbing (tho its as high as little johnny after a bit too much ...ahem;)) i lost a lot of acceleration with my rims copared to standard though - lost about 10miles of the top end, and the acceleration on motorways feels worse than my old 1ltr micra! worth...

just had a thought - when ive been using them ive been putting them under the chassis runners, but am i being really dumb in that as theyre aclled axle stands they go under THE AXLE? if so, and when ive recovered from the stupidity, where abouts on the axle do you put them?

my cambelt let go on the motorway on my old micra - dint mind too much coz it had had a good life and i was gettin a clio anyway, but its still not a good feeling to have no power in the fast lane and having to get over into the hard shoulder as fast as f**k!

do you remmemebr the sbarro clio in max power a couple of years back? they had chopped the whole roof of f and lowered its height (and angled it slightly i think) - if they did it no probs then i see no reason why you couldnt do it...i have a pic of it on my wall actually, but the mag has been...

if the fuse wasnt blown in the first place, sounds like itis prob a dirty connection? have youchecked the area around the fuse for corrosion, dirt, etc?

if it was really going down that quickly youd know about it i reckon! must be either a shot sensor, or a fault in the connection somewhere. Dunno where the sensor it but if it aint too bad perhaps you could try replacing it, cant be too muich i wouldnt have thought?

lots of people have this problem, you need to identify exactly where the leak is - some poeple have found its the aerial stalk; a bit of silicone aroud that will sort it out, but it might be the actual sunroof lining, in which case you could try siliconing that.

have any of you jetted your engine bay? i did it on my old micra, but as this car has more electrics im not sure if i might fry the electrics doing so! oh, and brun - youre right, they can dent your panels...me and a mate tried it out on a knackered motor, they need to be used with care!!!!

can i just ask the really basic q - how do you explain simply in words the diff between torque and bhp? i know in my head the diff, but my mate asked me to explain it the other day and i couldnt!
