Well my gearbox is almost out as it is fooyung so is it worth buying one of these? http://www.k-tecracing.com/show_product.asp?id=548 or where else can i get one? or should i just stay with a std one? (the current one i have has only covered 20k or there abouts)

i got told by them it's only 3 mods.. I think when i was 19 they charged about £90 to add non std wheels and ind kit.

i've got a devil de-cat and powerflow custom cat back. (only really the box at the rear that is powerflow though!) cost - 300 or there abouts.

it was a 2nd hand box that went in so god knows how it was treated before me or how many miles it had done.. i treated my old box bad but not the current one!

try john at 2modified.. i would say FK's or KW's as a base range of coilovers. Never heard of anyone using these "ultimate" ones so couldn't comment on them. HnR's/bilsteins are the next step up but be prepared to pay £200 + a corner! p.s. i use FK's and although stiff i think they are...
