BMC CDA, 2.0 TB, devil de-cat, powerflow stealth cat back.
Also got, FK coilys, Brembo Max discs, ferodo race pads and moquip stainless braided hoses.
goes well corners well and stops well! Had an audi s3 lastnight that couldn't pull...
Basically fitted ma de-cat the other day and it's leaking a little.
How can i fix this as i dont want to die of carbon minoxide poisoning!
Is it safe to use a little exhaust paste smeared on the gasket? Or do i need to get a new gasket?
p.s. the DE-CAT makes my car sound way too loud!!
cost me a packet when i put my car into renault for a bearing.. (i thought it was the bearings on the driveshaft cos the bearing was only 18months old)
somehow it needed a new hub too! (aye right, conning bastids!)
I'd have done it myself but i never had the time!
Trying to get my decat on while my gearbox is out and the subframe is down but had to shear the heads off the nuts to get the cat off.
I now have the remainder of 3 studs (about 10mm long) coming out of the cat flange on the manifold..
I've left it soaking WD overnight so will have another...
